I have a groin rash , itching all the time sometimes small boil like lesions will breakout , it looks like ringworm or some kind of fungal rash, sweating will make it itch very bad , parts of my groin are reddened with a marked outline of ringworm like breakout . ive tried garlic , diluted bleach ,terrisil , ting nystatin , tea tree oil , bathing in salt water different powders etc etc nothing seems to help , anyone got any ideas?

The boil like lesions might possible be herpes.
Have you consulted a doctor? Having them take a swab when you first get a lesion is going to be the best way to determine what is causing it and explore your treatment options.
