This drug is not indicated as a fever reducer. It is reported to contain Terbutaline (2.5mg/5ml) + Bromhexine (8mg/5ml), which is more appropriate in treating a cough and other cold symptoms such as runny nose by thinning the mucus.

According to 1mg.com, "The most common side effects are nausea, indigestion, bloating, diarrhea, headache, tremor, sweating, skin rash, and palpitations. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time."
