The green pill you're describing marked 44 464, contains the following active ingredients: Acetaminophen 500mg + Diphenhydramine 12.5mg + Phenylephrine 5mg.
As far as side effects are concerned, high doses of acetaminophen can cause extreme tiredness.
Drowsiness, dizziness, and muscle weakness, are also listed as common side effects of diphenhydramine.
On the contrary, "sleeplessness" is listed as a general side effect of phenylephrine.
So it sounds like you have a mix medications that could be pulling your energy in all these different directions, depending on how your body reacts to them. Not everyone who takes those medications experiences these types of side effects. So in the end it's really up to you to determine what suits you best at night.
