Green And Yellow Pill With L198

I found a pill that was green on one side and yellow on the other. It is stamped with L198. Please help me identify it.

Hi Butrfly,

I found reports of a yellow and green capsule with an imprint of L198 being identified as an oral allergy/sinus (cold) medication, containing Diphenhydramine + Phenylephrine + Acetaminophen.

If I stumble upon any additional details I'll be sure to post back here.

Is anyone else able to verify these findings?
