Without knowing what markings are on the tablet, I am sorry, but I can't tell you anything about it.

There are several green, triangular pills on the market and not all of them contain Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax.

There is one that has a stylized X on one side and a 3 on the other that is a 3mg time released tablet, called Xanax XR. Does this sound like the tablet you have?
