Green Tea Powder

I have a recipe for a weight-loss sunday and it calls for Matcha green tea powder. I couldn't find that so was wondering if I rip a green tea bag open if it will be comparable? thanks

I doubt it's really going to work the same.

From what I can tell, the Matcha is just a brand name, so you should be able to just use any green tea powder, in place of it, in the recipe.
