I have some small Green pills with OC on one side and 40 on the other. what is it?

This is one of the original formulation Oxycontin tablets, which contains 40mgs of time released Oxycodone.

This is a very potent narcotic analgesic, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.

The original form of Oxy-Contin has green/grey 80mg pills, the 40 mg were yellow.
