Green Oval Pill For Heartburn

Years ago my doctor gave me a big oval green pill for heartburn. I took it for several months and eventually the heartburn went away and i didn't have it for years. Its come back and i would very much like to find that pill again. Unfortunately, i don't know the name or any numbers on it. Just that it was green, oval and a big tablet.

I'm sorry, that's not much to go on, so I'm not certain what it might have been.

However, there are many good remedies available now, even over the counter to treat such issues. You can find both Pepcid and Zantac over the counter in name brand and generics. Some others available over the counter that also have generics out are Prevacid and Nexium.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence. You might want to try asking your doctor about which one would be safe for you to try.

Do you also watch what you eat?
