Green Oval Gel Cap With "25" Imprint

I found a bottle of these little dark green gel tabs with "25" written in white on one side in my sister's bathroom. I would really like to know that they are...hoping she's not abusing drugs again...

I'm not 100% certain, but from the description, I believe this might contain 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, it often comes in gelcaps like this. It is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies, insomnia and for its sedative like effects.
