M on one side, other side scored in the middle with a 7 on each side of the score. The 7s face opposite directions (one looks upside down).

Hi Sara,

Based on the description provided, I can confirm your green oblong pill to be Levothyroxine sodium (88 mcg).

NOTE: One of those 7's is actually the letter "L" which is why it appears to be upside down on one side. So the actual marking reads M L 7 (with a score mark in between the L and 7 on one side)

This medicine is a hormone replacement usually given to patients with thyroid problems, specifically, hypothyroidism.
