A green, oblong tablet with 93 on one side and 7365 on the other is a 50mg Losartan tablet. This is an ARB that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

I double checked to be sure, but there aren't any green, oblong Levothyroxine tablets with the 93 imprint on them.
I believe your pharmacy made an error. Have you contacted them?
