Green And Yelow Capsule

I have found one single green and yellow small capsule in husbands pocket. He has no prescribed drugs. There is no markings on it whatsoever. I am wondering if it could be some sort of illegal dug. Can anyone help

It is most likely 50mg of Tramadol. Illegal? I only say yes because this is a pill from Mexico. Normally Tramadol pills in the US have a id and are white. So unsure how he obtained this pill. If he is only taking 1 when needed, might just be for pain and not an addiction.
