My grandson has fever around 102F; For control, i admimiterd oral dolo 650 boy had nausea after i hr and suffered a vomit; can it be due to wrong administration of dolo 650? Fever dropped by 1 F though; ???

With a fever like that, it sounds like he's ill and that could be why caused him to vomit.

What has his doctor advised?

Just because Dolo can help break a fever, that doesn't mean that it's immune to the normal quirks of the human body, especially when someone is ill, so they could still vomit, after taking it.
