Hi - I've been on Cymgen for 3 days. I have very restless nights, breaking out in cold sweats and my legs keep jerking. During the day, I get random goose flesh, my skin seems hyper sensitive. Is this normal? How long will it last?

Hello, Charlene! How are you?

Those types of symptoms can happen, when you first start taking these types of medications and these side effects may last for about 4 to 6 weeks, until your body adjusts.

If they get severe, then make sure to consult your doctor.

What time of day do you take it? Sometimes, taking it in the morning can help keep them from causing sleep disturbances, which are due to REM onset latency, so you spend less time in REM sleep than normal.
