The closest match I could find is a round yellow pill with the marking "DD"; which is noted to be 3mg of Natazia (estradiol valerate). Natazia however, is used in the treatment of birth control.
It's quite possible that this pill you are mentioning is manufactured outside of the U.S. and therefore search engines like google don't have sufficient information on the pill.
One other probable reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. The only other thing I can suggest is that you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. Have you checked with pharmacies in your area?
