Go Rye

I was on Vibryd about 10 months but recently lost my job and decided to get off the medication. Went to my doc and told him I wanted off the medication. He advised that I finish my pills with taking one every other day. What a roller coaster but hated to go to sleep because I had such hallucinations like I was on mushrooms but a very bad feeling. Now I'm on day three but woke up without a headache and finally felt myself. So glad to feel something again. I had never taken any antidepressants before. I did feel hungry every night so hopefully I'll be feeling better. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was very hard with the withdrawals that I had never experienced before. God bless

Hello, Laura! How are you feeling? I'm sorry about what you've been through. The withdrawals from these medications can be very bad.

Things should slowly continue to improve, until all the symptoms eventually disappear.

Have you considered trying a different medication? There are others that are available as generics, so they are much cheaper.
