Will this medicine reduce the sweating in my hands?
Glycopyrrolate reduces the body's sweating ability by reducing the secretions of certain organs in the body. It's important to know however, that this is a common side effect of the medication and to a certain degree is not considered to be a primary indication for the drugs uses.
Since glycopyrrolate reduces the body's sweating ability, it can even cause fever and heat stroke in hot environments. Dry mouth, difficulty urinating, headaches, diarrhea and constipation are also observed side effects of the medication.

Hope this helps!

I've been diagnosed with hyperhydrosis, which makes life miserable living in the south. Today my doctor prescribed Gycopyrrol. Has anyone had relief taking this medication?
Yes it has worked great for me since the very first day I took it. I'm on dialysis and would sweat heavily at night. Not anymore.
