Glycomet 500 Mg Uses For Weight Loss (Top voted first)

My elder daughter is 20 years old. She is having thyroid problem and her weight is 76kg, height 5'3. The doctor suggested her this glycomet for weight-loss. She is taking glycomet 750mg now and she reduced her weight by 6 kg. If she discontinues treatment will she gain her weight back or not?

I have been advised Glycomet 500mg to control my blood sugar which is 107 while fasting and 117 PP, but my weight is 88 Kgs. Will it help in weight reduction as well? I am 71 years old.
