Yes, it is effective because you can easy to memorize your lesson, but i'm not so sure if how many tablet per day.
the advantage of taking glutaphos is it helps to enhance your brain but after 2 hours i felt sleepy...

I took glutaphos for about 2 months. Tinigil ko lang dahil I had an allergy. After a month napapansin kong ang purol na ng utak ko na dati hindi naman. Naiinis tuloyako sa sarili ko.

During the first five months, I only took 1 tab a day. I increased the dosage to 2 tabs starting Aug or Sept. By October I was amazed that I was able to recall what I've read only once during the pre-week of the bar exams. After the bar exams, I completely stopped taking the drug. I suffered from laziness, sluggishness, and mental fatigue. I tend to forget things. I was monotonous and slow. It took me sometime to get back to my old self prior to taking the drug. 3 months after I stopped taking it, I noticed that I regained some of my usual edge pre-glutaphos. My memory likewise started to improve. My focus is getting better.

Ill be taking the board exam next year. My dermatologist told me that B vitamins causes pimples and acne. I'm taking glutaphos as well and I saw the component of vitamin B12 which is a B vitamin. That's why I also have breakouts on my skin. I'll stop taking it if my face gets worst. I maybe try another memory enhancer which doesn't contain B vitamins like Memo plus Gold.

I've been a Glutaphos user for almost 4 years now, and I can say that it's seemingly true that it's best to be taken after meals(breakfast/lunch) since it would allow better absorption. In my case I take 2 tabs per day and yes I also observed that once you stop taking it, it causes forgetfulness and would make you think it's not effective but in fact it is. I don't suggest taking it before going to sleep though.

GLUTAPHOS is a registered as a brain vitamin by the Philippine FDA. It has been in the country for over 40 years. It is used as a memory enhancer. acne is not a side effect of Glutaphos. Staying up late or getting stressed can be a probabley reason for the skin breakout. This usually happens when students or reviewers of exams work long hours to study. Hope this helps.

There was a time I took Glutaphos and drank coffee afterwards. After an hour, I felt my heart palpitate stronger than usual and I had shortness of breath. Since then, I made it a point to take 1 tablet of Glutaphos in the morning and drink coffee in the afternoon instead. So far, no more incidents of palpitation occurred.

Is it before bed time/study time (at night)
or before go to school (in the morning)...

I've been taking Glutaphos for half a year now and its very effective.. its very helpful especially in the long-run of continuous studying..it double up my concentration..My body may feel tired and sleepy due to heavy load studying & exams but my mind is still active. .I tried to stop using it for a week after a month of taking and I didn't notice any forgetfulness as what other says. .So far, I'm not really bothered by any of its side effect though it really causes mild dizziness.
It was recommended to us by a teacher which help her and his husband during their college days and board exam review.. its only 7-8 Php in the pharmacy.. my daily usage is I-2 tablets but 2-3 tablets 2 days before and during major exams..
Its SAFE and its very useful to me. . I hope it can help you too..

i think 1 tab per day....that's what the doctor said to me... but if you aren't so sure, seek advice from your doctor..

......yes it would be effective even in the 1st tablet u will take u will see the effect, just read the book that day after u take it and u will see the difference..it makes u remember easily what u read...
