heloo! im taking glutaphos since im 2nd year high school ,and as i observed it is very effective.. i always recites and i got a good grades..
my only question is.. is it good for my age to take glutaphos? im 15 years old now.

Gluthapos is very effective!!! I highly recomend this vitamin...d only side effect is, it causes breakouts- i had this pimples on my forehead and cheeks after a week of taking it...

Just one tablet and I developed an acne on my chin. Haha. It keps me alert and awake though. :)

I take glutaphos during college exams and board exams too.
I started taking it when I was in Highschool. I took the tablets once daily and increase to twice daily during exams. I stopped taking them abruptly after one exam and unfortunately I suffered of migrane for 2 days straight. I recommend gradual withdrawal from the tablets and yes, I had multiple break outs, lucky they were on my legs and back..
