The doctors believe my good friend has fiber myalgia. They recommend a gluten free diet because she is suffering from major bloating and joint pain, waking up with with severe burning in her hand. She can't sleep because its too painful. I'm trying to discover what medications have gluten in them. Its one thing we haven't considered.

Well, first glucose and gluten aren't the same thing.

Gluten, however, is the one you're probably talking about, because it has been known to cause these problems in some people.

As to the medications that contain it, that would be most of them that are on the market, so I couldn't possibly list them all here.

However, if you can post back with a specific list of the medications she takes, I will gladly check for you to see which ones contain it and if there are gluten free options.

Can you please post back? Thanks!
