Can I use an open tub with a bbe 7/11 date?

I can't really tell you if this Glucosamine Sulphate will help you or not, since it is expired by almost a year.

Although I do agree that certain medications are actually okay to take after expiration, there are others such as antibiotics that can become toxic. Nothing lasts forever without expressing signs of degeneration. The only real way to know how long it can maintain it's potency after expiration, would be to have it lab tested periodically.

Does anyone else have an opinion to share on this?
