I am taking human insulin 30/70, 100 IU (11 units) along with Glimaday 2mg. Is the Glimaday 2mg really necessary?

Glimaday contains the active ingredients Glimepiride and Metformin, which are oral antidiabetic medications used to help lower and control blood sugar.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, flatulence and low blood sugar.
