Getting Off Oxy And Subs With No Withdrawals

I was taking 2 oxy 80's per day 8 roxy 30's perday and 6 dilaudid's per day every day for about 2 years and was on some type of oxy or roxy for about 10 years. I became resistant to the drugs. So my doc put me on subs. I came off the subs and had mad withdraws. So I went back on them. Called many doctors online and through sub treatment centers. I finally found a doctor who said they are telling you to come off wrong. You need to do this. I did what he said came off and had zero withdraws and have never felt better other than mad pain thats will last the rest of my life. But its better than being on them dumb pills. (this is what he said to do) Take 3 subs per day for 3 months. Then 1 month take 2 subs, 1 months more 1 pill. next month after that take 1/2 half a pill a 4th at a time once in the morning once at night. And keep doing this getting smaller and smaller till you are taking a crumb once per day for another 2 months, then at the end of the 2 months on just a crumb... take a crumb at night just before bed and dont take a morning dose . keep this up till you feel you can go one day with out it. Then do this till you feel you can go 2 days, then 3 then come off. You should have zero withdrawals.

I used kratom for 4 days to come off subs/opiates and I didn't withdrawal at all.

Thank you for sharing this info. I have no insurance, so I have had to find my subs on the street. I have been wanting to seen myself off of them completely. I am sick of being dependant on something just to get through the day. Currently I am down to taking half of an 8mg strip per day. If I can get down to a quarter in the next six months, then the following six months a quarter every other day, the final year should be much easier to get off completely. Thanks again for sharing. It's nice to have hope.

I see all around me the sad story of so many wonderful people that are addicted to pain killers and are being controled by the drug. These are people that are wonderful who have got so trapped in the pain killer ring of addiction. My question is why are these drugs even allowed to be prescribed to anybody? I see so many people falling into the trap and cannot get out. It is as if the drug is purposely controlling the society. I feel that there needs to be astop to all pain killers being prescribed to anybody. All these innocent people are helping the flow of money but in a horrible way.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this valuable information. I think many people on here will benefit greatly from your post. It seems the key is to just help your body get used to having less and less, but at such a slow rate that the difference in dosage goes unnoticed.
