Get Methadone Out Of My System

I took Methadone 120 mg 2 years ago. Now I'm down to 28 mg. You have to be strong and willing to come clean. It hurts, but you`ll get used to it. Every week I take at least 2 mg off, sometimes more. When it gets too painful I help myself with, vitamins A, D and C, magnesium, liver vitamins and some Benzodiazepines, but not long, just a week. Then my body gets used to it and I keep taking the dose. When I feel okay again, I take less again, until it is gone. The finish is harder and you need all the help you can get, vitamins, immune system protection, magnesium, lots of fluids and sometimes a salt solution in veins, for the night. When your dose is less than 5 mg that's the end. Good luck and don't lose faith.

Very good job my friend. I too was at 130mg for three yrs. I went down. It took a yr to get to 10mg. On September 29 my 31st birthday, I took my last 4mg dose. I'm very proud although my body aches horribly, almost as strong as dope sickness was. I hear methadone sticks to the fat cells like marijuana. Withdrawal may be longer. I'm gonna pound those vitamins, good idea. I also got milk thistle.
