Geriflox Caps 500mg Flucloxacillin

Hi there I was prescribed this medication for a possible infection after cauterising of the cervix. I find I have a headache and sweating and feel generally unwell the discharge I had is gone and I was wondering would it be safe to come off this med I have taken fourteen of a twenty eight cap course I really feel unwell with them. I have a routine colonoscopy and a gas trophy next tuesday and this medication has made my ibs so much worse.
