Generic Viagra And Insomnia

I just recently started generic Viagra and I have noticed insomnia. Doctors say it is not a side effect, but online says it is. Wondering if anyone experienced that or if it will subside? I tested to make sure by stopping a few days and my sleep went back to normal. Any suggestions?

An FYI for the future, we are all different, so even if a doctor, or someone else, claims that a certain symptom isn't a side effect, that doesn't mean that it's not an effect the medication is having on you, and you were very wise to test on your own.

Yes, insomnia can be a side effect of Viagra, it's just not as common as others, such as nausea, headache, flushing, and stuffy nose.

Ref: Viagra Information

Typically, side effects start to improve, once your body gets used to a medication, but it might happen much slower with a medication like Viagra that you aren't taking regularly every single day.

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?
