Is Ranbaxy Valacyclovir gluten free ?

Hello,

Based on my research, Ranbaxy Pharmaceutical's version of Valacyclovir hydrochloride does NOT list gluten as an ingredient.

From what I could gather, each film-coated tablet contains the following list of inactive ingredients: crospovidone, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 6000, polysorbate 80, povidone, and titanium dioxide.
