Generic Norco M367 10/325 (Page 19)

It's no good. I have to take three at a time for 1 hour of pain relief. Anybody else have this problem with M367 - 10/325? Has anyone else noticed that meds from certain manufacturers do not work as well for them?

Thank you. My doctor wrote the script but when he stated refills by e filing they said he needed to place each month on the the e file. I think the head pharmacist does not know how it is done I appreciate your answer. I do get my refills by calling the office even if it is a different doctor there. It has been a puzzle.

Just had a total shoulder replacement, tried the U16 Percocet and the M367 both came from rite aid. Did nothing to stop the pain. Can enough people who share this experience make a difference? Hope other pharmacies don't go down this road.

Joe, since the FDA is a Federal agency, you can contact your local congress person and file a complaint. Couldn't hurt (no pun intended).

I will not get anything BUT the yellows, the white ones are garbage as far as I'm concerned, another way for pharmaceutical companies to rip us off!

I must say that I've had the same problem over n over n over,I never thought that I would have to Endure this problem . It's been hell for me these past 5years.The pharmacy wants you to accept the medicine it's giving you."Like im told every month"take It or Leave it. "I'M THE ONE in PAIN!!!!! Those Norco ip 10-325 Are Garbage.If ur mom was very sick n in severe pain would u prescribed these medications to her,I think not . feel better.

I definitely notice a difference between the different mfg's & change of formula within the same mfg on several drugs. I am wondering abt Mylan Fentanyl patches. I've been using them since before 08. Without them I'd be back in a wheelchair. I alternate 25mcg & 12mcg. The most recent batch has printing on them. Also, I don't get the pain relief I used to get from it. What's up with Mylan Fentanyl patches? I use atarax. suddenly the pharmacy, Rite Aid, switched to green pills. Not effective. All in my mind? Well one of my dogs is itchy (no fleas) The green pills are not effective for her either. She didn't see the green pills. I just shoved it down her throat in the dark LOL. I purchased some Atarax in Mexico. These are effective for both of us. I don't know the mfg of either. Re: Norco - I have heard from other patients in Dr's office that yellow R more effective. I take them at bedtime so maybe I don't notice the difference. However, I have been waking up in pain. I have the white ones. But there R too many meds & too many variables to judge on that one. I did have a couple of days when I took them in daytime. They didn't make me sleepy which surprised me. They helped some. I had to take every 2 hours to get any pain relief. I don't drive if taking Norco, but I feel like I could have. I have to try the yellow ones at daytime to judge. Anyone know which mfg is the yellow ones?

RIGHT ON SANDY. WE NEED TO GO BACK TO THE 60'S AND 70'S ....TEAR IT DOWN FROM THE TOP AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. THINK IT MAY BE TIME TO START THE MOVEMENT AGAIN LIKE WE DID BACK THEN. SORRY BUT THINGS ARE GETTING TOO POLITICALLY CORRECT!

You are absolutely correct. I have noticed the same thing. They can say what they want to but some generic drugs are weak. I had to find a drug store that had a certain brand of a percocets because some of them I had to take 3 to 4 just to get a little relief. And that would cause me to run out of meds in about 2-3 weeks. So I know what you're talking about.

Yes I have the same problem but my dr counts my oils at least I only see the Dr every other month

I also have had several surgeries, my last one was a multi level cervical fusion. I was only given the generic norco's that I've had a prescription for 3 yrs. I suffered in terrible pain after surgery for many weeks, this isn't right! I can't believe how weak generic norco has become, it has nothing to do with tolerance build up either. I found some old norco I had from dental surgery yrs ago. This Rx expired 9 yrs ago, was half strength norco yet worked so well for my pain, like night & day. It's neglect & abuse to pain patients making us suffer with these horrible new generics. My friend that has terminal cancer has been telling me how much he's noticed the change in the pain meds too, he is getting no relief from his pain & is suffering terribly. I thought this was the USA? Disgusted with this problem!

I have the same problem with the M367 not working for pain. I suffered so bad in pain after having back surgery then spine surgery, the generic Norco is garbage. It's hard to recover from surgery as it is but I can't believe that I had to go through such suffering from pain meds not working anymore. I really don't think it's going to get any better. The norco I take daily do nothing, I'm such a mess from my pain!

LK... I have discovered after 15 yrs since my 3rd back surgery that not all pain meds work for ppl the same. You probably need to tell your Dr that it's not helping and see if he'll give you something else. I've had friends tell me that they couldn’t live with their percocets but they didn't do anything for me and they said Norco didn't work for them..it's the way our systems metabolize it... I hope you find something else...

I want to know where to go to get help about the white Norco 10/325 it is not good something is wrong with this pill so many people are having a problem with it makes me very nervous and sick they pulled the yellow one that everyone had no problem with where do we get help to see what is going on

Debbie, drug stores use different brands. In my neighborhood Rite-Aid sells the white and CVS sells the yellow. Try taking your next script to a different pharmacy. I don't think they appreciate you asking which generic they use but you might want to ask them as you might find one that will tell you. Good luck.

Yes they suck!!! I have taken 4 & no pain relief it's the manufacturing co..Mallinckrodt.. that means they have a very small amount of hydrocodone in it.. I use Rite Aid thinking of switching pharmacies to get a better brand

They are terrible. I have arthritis in many sites. This norco that is made by actavis should be banned . I'm 67 yrs old a female and certainly not a druggie. I wake up crying in middle of night
Something has to be done.

Hi Linda, I'm 52, recently had major back, neck surgeries & have severe arthritis. I agree with you, these generics don't work for my pain either. I was able to lead a somewhat normal life & worked full time before the change in the pain meds, not anymore. Now not only am in constant pain but have become depressed from dealing with it everyday. I'm interested in knowing how much actual hydrocodone really is in these new generic norcos if any at all. Ever since the FDA changed the laws & medication formulations I've been waking up crying in pain too. The once in awhile, (if I take 2-3 tabs) pain relief only lasts maybe
1- 1 1/2 hours! Before the formulation change I used to take one norco, half the strength I'm taking now & it would last 4-6 hours! I didn't know about these changes beforehand, thought the pharmacy gave me the wrong meds. The FDA should be ashamed of themselves. They must be making the original pain meds just for the FDA & their families because there's no way they would tolerate suffering like this.
