UpdatedI have a round tablet peach colored. Says MX32 on one side & nothing on the other. Is this a 20 mg generic Celexa?

Yes, that is correct, this tablet contains 20mgs of Citalopram, the active ingredient in Celexa, this is an SSRI antidepressant.
