Generic Buprenorphine 54 411 Vs M 924 (Page 3)
UpdatedI've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets. Today when I picked it up I got M 924 white tablets. The only difference I've found is the manufacturer. The manufacturer for the 54 411 is ROXANE and for the M 924 is MYLAN. Are they pretty much the same pill just different imprint/manufacturer?
Tapper off them....if u take one a day go to half a day for a couple weeks them 1/4 a day for a couple weeks then 1/4 every other day for a couple weeks then stop take on them..I done this after being on dope for 10 yrs then methadone ...suboxon... then Subutex and I tapered off that
Unfortunately our Walmart does not dispense any kind of BUP.
I FIND OUT that the $200 dollar savings coupon can work on SUBUTEX.
YAY!!!!!! PUBLIX PHARMACY, LOVE THEM
Not Easy but can be done! lot of factors involved. How long have you been on them? Do you think you will go back to opiates? Best way without that info, is to wean yourself off slowly? Without knowing all the above it is kind of hard to answer
Some pharmacies only carry certain brands or certain types of generic medications. If you do not like the kind your pharmacy is now only carrying then call and ask other pharmacies which brands they carry. When you find one thy carried the medication you prefer switch pharmacies. You'll need to notify your dr, and tell the pharmacy you are changing and going to a new pharmacy.
I heard about the walmart discount. I go for my first visit on thursday. Once im done with the doctor do i go to walmart and fill out a discount card and thats it?
Having trouble finding a pharmacy that carries the 54 411. Can anyone help? I feel the same the mylan ones are not as good. Seem to only last half as long.
I find that the M924 and 54 411 do the same for me.. Each person is different though.. I prefer the M924 though just do it a bit better; but not much of a total difference..
Get the card this website you are posting on offers and you will notice a huge difference in price at Wal-Mart. Mine went from $239 to like $130.
All the walmarts I have went to carry them
I think it's just all in the head....listen I've been on suboxone and then was switched to subutex..for maybe 6-7 years...there definitely is different fillers in there but they are the same ingredients as far as Buprenorphine (8mg) ..I get whatever my pharmacist has at the time..but I definitely prefer the 54s more..they dissolve so much quicker under the tongue..and maybe it is just me but it feels a little cleaner..I'm not sick on the M924s but always bummed a little when I get em.
I absolutely agree that the M 924's definitely AREN'T the same as the 54 411's at all. I hate the M 924's. I've been on Buprenorphine "Subutex" for 5 years now and I cannot stand these new M 924's at all what so ever.
They have white suboxone pills as well maybe he did give u suboxone and ur unaware of it..good luck
I just got out of jail and had my suboxone films taken from me. So I had no choice to try a M 924 generic pill. I don't see a difference, the only difference is these tablets are generic Subutex and the strips are brand name suboxone. Difference being the blocker and that's about it! But they taste horrid.
Why not I been on these subutex m924s for at least 3 or 4 year now. I can't tell the difference from the roxanne5411 s just that the Roxanne's 5411s were a little more potent that I was on, before I got in the Milo m924s.
You said it right there! Government puts this stuff out for folks to get hooked on & die. Population control for them & billions of $$$'s!!!
What pharmacy carries them? or do I ask my doctor cuz the Roxan 54 411 I like.
I go to a clinic and there are times that what I have left of my script, no matter where I hide it, will disappear and as a patient of Buprenorphine for going on 6 years now I have tried a little of every make and model and I think those are the better ones I have had. I like them pretty good but my doc wouldn't prescribe me subutex if I was dying. It is hard to get in clinics here unless it's a pregnant woman.
First off bath salts wouldn't be smart, second off blame the doctors and not the addicts. most people with real pain problems get hooked bc the pain bc they need them everyday so the same would happen to you. sorry your having pain, it is absolutely horrible for you. but less frustration on the addicts, they should be congratulated for becoming sober. one problem may be tougher than another but to another person it's not. Some people are stronger than others. so to them they are crying themselves to sleep with a needle laying beside them trying not to pick it back up bc they have pain in their life regardless of what it is. so your problem is with the doctors? and I have a suggestion, pray, get close to the Lord. n try subutex if that's all they can offer u. better than salts n better than nothing. methadone seems better for you except it turns u into a hermit mentally. and with subutex u can take something with and it will only enhance it for you. I know some sub places will prescribe nerve meds as well. maybe see if u can get both... until u find what u want that is.
In this particular instance they may be the same but typically all generics are not exactly the same Mylan is one of the worst manufacturers of generics especially benzos and having had numerous people think the same thing I don't think it's psychological.
