Sorry, you have not provided enough information for me to check and see what this is for you. We are always happy to help, but you must provide the COMPLETE IMPRINT on the pill, the color, and shape.

There are several pills, both prescription and over the counter that have the number 149 on them, so that doesn't tell us enough.

There IS NOT however a generic Allegra with that number.

As a matter of fact, Allegra, Fexofenadine, is not available as a generic yet, the company still owns the proprietary patent.
