Generic Adderall Mfg Barr D- Amphetamine

I have a few questions about Adderall and the exact perscription I am taking. I'm brand new to adderall and would like much more info! I'm on my fourth month of my prescription, This is my first month taking 10mg twice a day I take one at 6 am and before 12pm. What do ya'll think of this prescription...is there a difference in brand and generic? What is everyone's experiences with this drug? Do you recommend something different? What is normal on adderall and what is good and how do I know if the drug isnt working for me or isnt affecting me properly. I'm not too sure I like this prescription, but I dont know what to expect or what to compare it to. I've noticed I have lashed out on my mom a couple of times and have said some harsh things, and I'm not that type of person at all. I just get really annoyed and feel angry, but not all day and not all the time. What are good and bad side behavior changes w adderall? Also am taking two a day now because I felt as if the 10mg wore off by time I was home from school and I sometimes felt exhausted and went staight to sleep.

I've not taken this, so I can't speak from that perspective, so hopefully someone that can will chime in.

The FDA classifies Adderall as a stimulant and it carries the risk of being habit forming.

The irritability that you're experiencing can be a normal side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, insomnia and weight loss.

To tell if it's working for you, you should find yourself able to concentrate easier in classes and while doing your work.

Can anyone chime in with more details from experience?

I was forced to take Adderall in seventh grade due to my ADD/ADHD. Which I never understood because they always told us drug use is life abuse now look at me. I'm addicted to methamphetamine which is pretty much the same thing as Adderall, which most people do not understand or know it but it is pretty much the same thing Amphetamine salts. But anyways the best brand of Adderall is a brand called Teva, now there's two types of Adderall's there's either a tablet which is a instant release or A time release capsule. So that will depend on how they react to your body. Either you want to take a tablet and get that rush immediately but then it's gonna wear off fast or you can get a high dose time release capsule that will last you all day. And if you want to find a Teva brand you will only find those at a CVS pharmacy. They may be sold out but they can and they will order them for you for free of charge, but yes it may take a few days for them to receive them for you. I Hope this helped u out.

Jojo, I know your post is old but you had better believe those generic are just about all different. Regardless of what others say about them being the same. The blood pressure machine verifies the difference. Probably all in the fillers and how your body metabolism works. Also don't get fooled into buying Teva so called name brand. It's generic also, just listed under Reva's select brand. Cost 442.99. You will have to experiment. Try and get you doctor to write a few scripts for just 2 or 3 tablets but you waste your money on a month's supply you can't take. Of course Shire xr version is the best but out of the generics IR I found the old Barr's pill imprint B 974 sold by Teva now to be the better one for me. Less adverse effects.

I've been taking 2 30 mg twice a day of the generic brand. The only side effects I ever experienced was dry mouth and loss of appetite, which eventually your appetite comes back. It wasn't until a few months ago that I started really feeling the negative side effects and it has all stemmed from one particular manufacturer by the name of Teva. Fatigue, irritability, blurred vision, heartburn, nausea when I try to eat, etc. I am seeing over 200 complaints with the same symptoms by the same manufacturer.

I just refilled my meds and Walgreens is now using Teva as well. That's why I was checking out the differences on this website.
