That response is 100% wrong. I have been on adderall for 9 years now and when i lost my insurance, i switched to generic about 5 years ago, and I have an internet coupon that I printed off and use as insurance and it knocks down the originally 80 something dollars to like 30 something depending on where I fill it.

Prescription discount cards can be found on line even in ur Dr office some can save u up to 80% look into them and find the one that saves u the most.

An Rx Discount Card will save you a ton of money without insurance. I ran out of my prescription early this month, even though I take 90mg daily and it's only 1 dollar with insurance. I had an old script from this doctor I saw once for 30 pills xr and I filled it today for 80 dollars at Rite aid. If I did not have a discount card I would of had to pay over 260$ for it.

I just lost my insurance last month because I am moving and I had to take a break in college courses for the move, so I lost my insurance through school, any help for this coupon you mentioned would be great, do you happen to have the link?

Yeah, I just went and dropped the $149.50 for my 30 day supply of 30mg Generic Adderall XR. That's the least expensive I could find it. Wal*Mart has it for $149.50. But I went to my Hy-Vee and they price match, originally Hy-Vee was going to charge $199.99, thankfully I found Wal*Mart's price. But its still $150 instead of the $15 copay I used to pay. Sadly, I think the only answer is to get personal insurance.
I did talk to the pharmacist though, she told me that sometimes it is possible to find generic coupons, but they are difficult to find. Specifically with Adderall because the generic is relatively newer within the pharmaceutical world. She also suggested trying to find rebates&coupons for the brand name of Adderall because its about $270 for the brand name, if you can find a good rebate or coupon you could get up to $100 sometimes $150 off. I'm not sure, I guess that insurance is sadly the least expensive option.

Coupons are not available for generic medications, by the very nature of their being generic, they are usually cheaper than the name brand, even without coupons.

Even for the name brand Adderall XR, there are no current coupons and the manufacturer has also discontinued their assistance program for it.

Have you tried just shopping around to check prices at different pharmacies in your area?

Where did you get the coupon? I have no insurance and my MD prescribed me Adderall RX and I cannot seem to find a coupon anywhere. The sites with threads saying they did it, I tried and no discount was applied. Can you please tell me where I can get a valid discount card or coupon to fill my script monthly? I would greatly appreciate it.

South Carolina Drug Card will save you almost half at CVS with the 20mg tablets. See if your doctor can write the prescription in 20mg and instruct you take 1 and half tablets.

This site actually offers a drug discount card that can save you anywhere from 15% to 75% off your Rx, potentially cutting the cost drastically.

You can view more details about it on the following page:

Just print out that card and take it with you whenever you go to fill your prescription and see what type of discount they can give you. I'd imagine that your percentage of savings may be different at each pharmacy.
