Would like to know the manufacturer's name and place of origin. In other words, is it manufactured in the U.S.

Since it is a generic, there are several manufacturers, so I can't answer your question without more information.

Does the bottle list a manufacturer? Or, are there any markings on the tablets in question?

If you can post back with this information, then I can discover who the manufacturer is and where they are located.
