They are listed as containing the same active ingredient as Cialis, which is Tadalafil, but when you order from a foreign source that is not approved in the U.S., there's no way to be sure that's what you've actually received.
In theory, if they do contain Tadalafil, they should have the same effect and cause the same possible side effects that the FDA lists, which may include nausea, dizziness, priapism and stuffy nose.
