Gastritis Including Ulcer

Good day I am a 45 year old women who is overweight and no matter what I have tried cannot loose the weight.over the past several weeks I have had severe gastritis and acid reflux. I vomit most of the time but only bile. I am currently taking Stillen andomniflux 20 only to find that the Stillen makes my symptoms worse, it feels like I have a rock stuck between my upper stomach and chest cavity. Please any advice will help cannot go to a doctor as I cannot afford it and am not on a medical aid.

Hi thanks for your reply, I am trying to watch what I eat, I don't drink alcohol or coffee I am using Stillen and oniflux but only seems to make the symptoms worse. Going back to the chemist later today maybe they can help.

Have you tried take any antacids?

I am not sure which ones are available where you live, but usually a person with these conditions is prescribed an antacid, or proton pump inhibitor, such as Prilosec. Its typical side effects may include gas, bloating, stomach pain, and dizziness, according to FDA reports.

Additionally, you need to watch what you eat, and drink, for example stay away from spicy foods, don't drink coffee, or any alcoholic beverages.
