Gastric Problems Since A Month

Hello. I m Avni,age 19, suffered from bloody stools for 2 days before a month and was given antibiotic and laxative thenafter i suffered from gas/acidity while my laxative was on. I had nausea vomiting during that time and then suffered from diarrhoea and nausea continued. My blood and stool reports were normal. I was told it may be due to some infection or overdose of laxative. I was given prebiotics and symptomatic treatment for nausea and gas,etc.
My sonography reports were even normal.
Then i had again suffered from diarrhoea and nausea n my antibiotic satrosyl -o were given again.
Thenafter i switched over to surgeon who gave me medicine for gas/acidity.
Further he told me u might had anal fissure and gave treatment for dat. Following this i suffered occassionally after 4-5 days diarrhoea. I was given sporolac by another physician who told me my intestinal microfluora are affected n this was continued along with antibiotic oflox. I again suffered from nausea and diarrhoea and given antibiotic rifampicin and sertraline.
Some advice me it may be a cause of improper irregular diet and another doctor even asked to do endoscopical examination of my intestine. What do u suggest ? As i m a student and stay away from home in hostel i cannot take proper diet even.
I m seriously too tired with all this since a month.

How are you doing, Avni? Has there been any change?

Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can all be side effects of the various antibiotics that you were prescribed, as well as the laxatives, according to NIH reports.

Thus, there is a concern here that you may keep being treated for side effects, with more medications and treatments that cause more side effects, so it's just become one messy circle.

Now, that said, what types of foods do you eat? Even a slight adjustment to your diet might help alleviate the problem.

And was the blood in your stool bright red, or not?
