Gastric Problem Medicine

I'M 38YRS MEN SUFFERING FROM GASTRIC PROBLEM ON THE BOTH SIDE, SINCE FROM 10 YEARS AND GAS DOES NOT PASS PROPERLY. THE GAS DEVELOPS MORE BUT IT DOES NOT PASS. AND IF IT DOES NOT PASS, THEN IT STARTS PAINING ON THE STOMACH AND HEART. WHEN THE GAS PASSES THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF RELIEF . PLEASE GIVE ME SOME TIPS OR NAME OF SOME MEDICINES THAT CAN HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM . ...
