Ganaton Total Vs Razo L

Hi, I am a 27 year old male from India. I will try to put the information as brief and to the point as possible. Thanks for your patience. I suffered heat exhaustion (infamous Delhi Heat) about 2 months back. I had frequent vomiting and felt fatigued with leg pain. I was diagnosed with 1. vitamin B12 deficiency (156 pg/ml) 2. vitamin D deficiency (10 ng/ml) 3. Slightly high TSH (6.94 uIU/ml) 4. acid reflux (vomiting, nausea and sour taste in mouth) I took the following treatment 1. methylcobalamin injections for a month for B12 2. Weekly dose of 60000 IU vitamin D tablets for 2 months. 3. No medication for Thyroid, as it seemed like a side-effect 4. First Rabemac DSR for 3 weeks, then Razo L for acid issues for about 4 weeks. Followed by Troxip and Etizola(0.25 mg) for a week After two months of treatment 1. My B12 level has come to 616 pg/ml 2. Vitamin has reached 30 ng/ml 3. TSH value dropped down to 4.48 uUI/ml 4. No more vomiting and sour taste in mouth However, following issues still remain 1. Leg pain has reduced, but its still there 2. Don't feel fatigued any more but energy level is still slightly lower than a healthy person. 3. Sometimes, I feel slightly uneasy after having heavy meals. Now, my questions are 1. Should I continue vitamin D tablets? 2. Yesterday, my doctor asked me to have Ganaton Total for a month and stop Razo L. I am not convinced with this change, as I was hoping to stop the antacid altogether 3. He has also asked me to take Disgestal for a month, which is supposed to help in digestion, but I think my digestion is pretty good. 4. Should I continue Troxip and Etizola? Summing it altogether, I have been on medications for about 2 months now and am wondering if I am ready to stop all the medications (except Vitamin D). I am worried that too many medicines can ruin the normal working system of my body. I am afraid that antacids might interfere with the vitamin/mineral absorption mechanism of stomach. Looking forward to your Advice/consultation. Regards

Hi, my mother aged 58 years is taking medicine for migraine. Carbamazepine (tegritol CR 400) tablet morning and evening, with Repalol H in morning and Prazopress XL 5 in the evening for the past 5 years. Migraine is under good control with no attacks. But for the past 1 year or so she has been complaining of extreme fatigue or exhaustion and sleepless nights. Her HB count had gone down a year before to 8.4 now after treatment it is stable at 11.6. Her weight is 65kg and BP is 140/90 during the last checkup done before 15 days. Her ECG report acc to doc were normal. The doc says she's performing normal but unable to find out the reason behind her extreme fatigue. Now i'm little bit worried about her health. What might be the reason for her fatigue and how to counter it with the help of my doctor? Please give suggestion.
Can someone tell me what is ganaton total prescribed for? How is it different from Razo L?
Forgot to mention one point.
I also consulted a gastroenterologist, who has suggested endoscopy, but my doctor says there is no need for it. Personally, I would like to do without anything entering my body.
Regards,
