Galvus Met 50mg/500mg , Melmet 1000 Sr , Volix.2mg , Glimpid -1 , Roseday 5 Mg , Cobadex Czx

Dear Sir ,
My doctor has prescribed me the following medicines Galvus met 50mg/500mg , Melmet 1000 sr , Volix.2mg , Glimpid -1 , Roseday 5 mg , Cobadex czx , i am suffering from level 2 diabetics , high blood pressure and cholesterol . i am 59 years old , i would like to know the impact of having all these medicines , and i also doubt whether the doctor has prescribed any medicine for my high blood pressure

I have been prescribed the following
1. Amrol half mg Morning and night for sugar
2 Melmet SR 500 mg one morning and one night for sugar
3 Arbietel 40 mg for BP one in the morning
4 Teczine 5 mg for itching skin one at night
5 Shelcal 500 one in the night
6 Becousle one at night

I seem to to pass uring very so often, have paing from my hips to my thighs
can anyone advise me if its the tablets thats causing this to happen
