Gain Weight Capsule

Ruchi here.i want to put put on weight currently my weight is only 43 kg. and want to put on up to 50 kg so help me is posssible

There is no miracle medication that will help you gain weight, even the ones that cause it as a side effect only do so as long as you are taking the medication and the side effects wear off after several weeks.

If you truly feel you need to gain weight, then following a proper, healthy diet that increases your caloric intake is usually the safest route. You will also want to make sure to get proper exercise, since you won't want to gain weight improperly and in dangerous ways.

You also have to keep in mind that some people are just naturally meant to be small and nothing will change it. I can't gain weight for the life of me and have just had to accept it.

Have you also consulted a doctor?
