Gaba/keto/lido Plo 6-10-10% 3 Times A Day

Just picked this up today at the pharmacy. I had surgery on my knee due to 3 tears. I was told I have arthritis as well. I'm in a lot of pain and this was recommend by my Dr. to take 3 times a day. How long does it take to work? Thank you.

This is a topical cream/ointment, so it should start to have some effect within minutes of applying it, if it works for you. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, and flaking.

I haven't used it yet as the compound is being prepared at a lab. The info I've read here is very helpful. I have to discontinue my norco and use this. Anxious to get it.

What does gaba (5%), keto (10%), lido cream help or do? My Dr prescribed it to me. I have shingles. Is it a pain reliever?
