I would like to know if I am taking the correct dosage for the following 2 supplements which both contains French Pine Bark Extract.

I am a female, 43 years old, weight 55 kg.

I have been taking Pynocare tablets for skin pigmentation for the past 6 months; 2 tablets per day, each tablet consist of:
- MSCC Complex Actisome consisting French Maritime pine bark extr 40 mg,
- vit C 60 mg,
- D. salina extr (providing natural β-carotene & other carotenoids 6 mg) 20 mg,
- natural vit E 15 iu

I have started taking GNC's MasQuelier's Original OPCs + (French Pine Bark Extract) 2 weeks ago to improve my immune system in general, recommended 2 tablets per day, each tablet contains:
- Pine Bark Extract (Masquelier's French Pine bark Extract) 50 mg;
- Vitis vinifera Extract (Masquelier's Original OPCs) 50 mg,
- Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
