My right bicep when fully contracted is painful, where did I go wrong performing my bicep curls, i am not sure, but maybe I lifted a heavy weight without a proper warmup. The pain does not seem to be going, its kinda precipatated! My arm movement is close to normal but I cant do my curls any more. I went to my GNC shop and was recommended to take GNC Calcium1000 Magnesium 400. Can anyone tell me if this will be helpfull or not? Can anyone help me with my bicep problem?

Have you consulted a doctor?

That product is just a nutritional supplement, so it will really only help in treating or preventing conditions associated with a deficiency in them. It is not likely to do much for some type of injury.
