Ghb Medication

please tell me about the medicine jalra.50mg. my doctor prescribed me this medicine for gkycosylated haemoglobin (GHB), 7.8% and my fasting and post lunch levels are normal. Is it necessary to start medication for GHB. i am 54 yrs and little obess.please advise me.
