why is it that when i take sertraline i can sleep and feel very scared of everything especially people

You can or can't sleep?

Sertraline, the active ingredient in Zoloft, is a SSRI antidepressant and, unfortunately, in some people its affect on this brain chemical can have the opposite effect of what is desired.
