Hey ive been taking fruta planta for a month. I lost 15 lbs...i stopped taking it bcuz the box says some crap about periods (u all know the box makes no sense) but i was just wondering if anyone takes it during their cycle cuz i really dont want to stop for a week but if i have too i will.

Hey, I have taken Fruita Planta and lost great weight with no side effects ever. I have never had a problem before after or during my cycle. Although you should give your body a month off of the pulls after taking them for 90 days and simply start them again just keep on a healthy and reasonably fun diet and walking a half hour in the morning or evening is great exercise. I still ate what I wanted to be honest I would forget to eat but that's good and you must drink water. The side effects are simple but every one is different. I did great on them but got side tracked I will be starting them again tomorrow morning.

I just started taking FP yesterday. My goal is to get down to around 135-140 pounds by June. Last time I weighed I was at 160-165. The first day I did not notice a difference in my appetite but today I did. I'm looking forward to seeing where I am by next month this time.

I am in desperate need for this pill or sibutramine. I live in the US. I've always been curvy and I'm Asian. I get a lot of harsh criticism throughout my life. I am at the heaviest in my life and I don't even have kids or anything. I just need to lose weight for a fresh start. Hi guys, I'm taking them too and they work. Mine originate from china also. I've lost weights with this before and now I'm trying again after pregnancy. Just keep taking them and do some exercise. When you reach your goal dont start back eating like crazy. I plan to take these for the rest of my life. One every two days when Im at my goal or one box every other month just for detoxing. I'm now realizing that the ones in the box work better than the strong version ones, so im back to the ones in the box from today.

Hi Marilyn, I bought Fruta Bio but my co-workers did research on this product and they relmed me for taking this pill because I have Lupus, high blood pressure, & prediabetes. I got scared and stop using, only use it for two weeks but I didn't lose no weight, & no side affects. But I didn't see no change in myself.

am taking fruta planta for at least ONE MONTH and a half i HAVE LOST about 45 POUNDS but My MOUTH is sooo dryyyyy, i have problems with my chest sometimes i feel a pressure on it, i cant sleep in THREE days i sleep 4 hours I CANT EAT i dont feel hungry, These include blurred vision, am depressed, plus am so angry at all times, sometimes i shake for nothing feeling back pain, nausea but is not all at once few at once but anyway i dont wanna be fat used to weight 189, am 5.1 (have 2 kids 4 and 2 years old)Am 27years old, still taken but now once a day used to take 2 , I dont feel like am dying or anything i work i do everything, but after i saw on the news tonight maybe ill trying something else i wanna be skinny, not a dead person at least to be there for my kids and my husband
Ahhh my friend recommended she has da same symptoms and she lost 50 pounds in almost 2 months
