Fruta Planta - Opening Capsules

So I've been lurking around here for a while when I saw someone say fruta planta contained 18 mg of sibutramine. Now I looked up what the highest dosage a doctor could give a patient and apparently, it only goes up to 15 mg.
That kinda freaked me out since I've already bought the pills and I'm still desperate to shed some pounds. Then I remembered how as a kid, my mom would tear open capsules that I have a tough time swallowing and just mix it with yogurt.
Can't I just do the same and pour half the contents of the pill into yogurt or something? Will it cause any side affects? Cause worst case scenario, nothing happens and I still get hungry.

Sibutramine is dangerous in any amount. It was pulled from the market in the U.S., Canada and most other countries back in 2010 due to it's risk of cardiac dangers, so it isn't safe to take any of it.
