Fruta Planta My Story
UpdatedThis is my 5th wk taking fruta planta, a friend of mine saw how they work so we started together. It's always been so hard to get below 260lbs so I was skeptical. My 1st week I lost 6lbs but I was gaining it back by my 2nd , meanwhile my friend had lost 2 more lbs. So I went to this gym 3x a week and here I am 5 weeks later, weight loss is 15 lbs. From 264 -249 , and my friend who doesn't exercise is down 13 lbs after 5 weeks. No diets and we go out drinking every weekend. I haven't noticed my weight loss but people always do, my jeans fit they same to me.

Definitely, exercising is an important part of any weight loss regime. It can make your or break your motivation depending on how often you workout. I think working out they way you have been (at least 3 times a week) with an abundant amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet you'd make even more progress without reaching a plateau anytime soon.
It sounds like you've made great progress though! Are you still taking Fruta Planta? I'm actually studying in the holistic nutrition field, so as you can imagine I'm totally not for taking supplements; but I think that's great that you've found something that's worked for you, that doesn't involve hardcore dieting.
